Exp – 5+ Years | Immediate Joiner

Requirements – 

1 ) Should have worked on IT recruitments with a lesser TAT.
2) Should have Laptop, Stable Internet connection and Phone Number.
3) Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Zoho ATS preferred)
4) Should be able to source and match candidates with JD using AI tool
5) Someone who can work independently and co-ordinate with Hiring Managers.
6) Maintain hiring MIS.
7) This role will be on a commission basis for the first 6 months.
8) Based on performance, the candidate may be offered a full-time permanent position.
